For larger items — sofas, dining tables, storage and beds — we use specialist furniture delivery teams. You'll be contacted to arrange a convenient delivery date and given a time slot where possible. Please note that larger item deliveries are to ground floor only.

Returns
Changed your mind? Get in touch within 14 days of delivery and our team will take care of it. Once your return is confirmed, you'll have a further 14 days to send the item back.
Items should be returned unused, complete, and in their original packaging. You'll need to arrange the return courier — for larger pieces, we'd recommend taking out transit insurance, as items damaged in return transit unfortunately can't be refunded.
When your order arrives, please take a moment to check it over. Any damage should be reported to us within 48 hours so we can get it resolved quickly.
